The Canon Printer Offline issue can be resolved by restarting your printer and beginning Run. Now, choose Device and Printers from the control panel. Choose When you right-click on the icon, a green checkmark appears; click the context menu to see what is printing. If your printer is gray, choose Set as Default Printer from the context menu when you right-click on it. Finally, if you see them by pressing the printer, uncheck the two boxes next to Use Canon Printer Offline and Pause Printing.
